Craig saved my butt. I had an impossible project (framing a picture with an engraved plaque inside) within 24 hours. I called 10 places in northern VA before coming across Craig's website. Everyone said, 2 weeks out, at best. Craig was the opposite. He asked what I needed, and said, "OK, we will figure it out!" And he did! In less than 24 hours I had the plaque that nobody else could give me in less than 2 weeks. Craig is a good guy who gets satisfaction out of helping people like me solve problems! 5 stars, 5 thumbs up. He is terrific. His prices are super reasonable. And at the end of the day, he is just a really nice guy. I won't look anywhere else for help with engravings, and shared his info with Total Framing in Fairfax (who saved my butt on the framing side of things). They told me that lots of their clients need similar help, and the delivery times are usually weeks.... not hours. A&A Laser is AMAZING!

I contacted Craig with a bit of a time crunch and he got back to me same day and i was able to drop off the piece that evening. It was a the metal plate of an antique ski that i was turning into a custom shot-ski as an early wedding gift for my best friends. He was extremely kind and detail oriented. You can tell he likes what he does. He wanted to make sure i got exactly what i wanted and went above and beyond to clean up the metal as well. His pricing is super fair and hes very honest. I know the cleaning took more work than he expected, but he still stuck with his original price estimate. It came out perfect and i couldn't be happier. Amazing experience all around! Not only is the owner professional, but he is friendly and understanding as well. I called him at a rather late hour, but he was able to give me an idea of what my engraving would look like, along with a very reasonable quote by the next day.
